We Never Close Our Eyes
« In two years’ time, Scanners came together and released their debut album Violence is Golden (2006) with Dim Mak Records after a chance meeting with Steve Aoki in London. Reviewed as a feisty femme fatale with London jolt, Sarah Daly brings scorching vocals and jams out on guitar with Matthew Mole who also brings guitar and vocals. Amina Bates plays keyboard as well as guitar and bringing in percussion is Tom Hutt. As a result of their superb live performances, Scanners have enjoyed highlighted success from the press and have also had various tracks remixed by artists prominent in the electro world.
Returning in 2010 with an album produced by Stephen Hague of New Order titled “Submarine”, the release was soon followed by a remix album featuring their current hit single “We Never Close Our Eyes”. »
