Inlab Sub Recordings – One Year Compilation
Le label français Inlab Recordings a fêté ses 1ans d’existence fin janvier et a pour l’occasion sorti une compilation de tracks exclusives. Le terme qui s’associe directement à cette release à la première écoute est Melodic Techno, personnellement je trouve que l’ensemble des sorties sur ce label ont cette atmosphère spéciale que ce style cherche à transmettre, mais ici on atteint des sommets. Ca s’écoute fort comme de la techno mais aussi comme un morceau de piano, alliant force et subtilité comme par exemple les tracks de Commuter ou de Jibe, avec un petit coup de coeur pour celle de Romulus. Un drop vraiment bien foutu avec un premier coup de basse qui pourrait retourner un festival, suivi d’une mélodie au violon qui fait tout de suite décoller, voilà pour moi le parfait résumé d’un an d’Inlab Recordings. J’ajoute également que c’est un label 100% français et que la grande majorité des artistes présents sur cette compilation le sont aussi.. À acheter sur Beatport ici.
The French label Inlab Recordings celebrated its 1 year existence this January and decided to release a compilation of exclusive tracks for the occasion. The term directly associated with this release when the first listen has been done is Melodic Techno, I personally think all the label’s releases have this special atmosphere that this style is trying to pass on, but here, we reach apices. Loud is how you listen to techno music aswell as a piano tune, combining strength and subtlety such as the tracks from Commuter or Jibe, although I fell in love with the one from Romulus. A brilliant drop aswell as a heavy first bass kick that could put a festival upside down, followed by a violin melody that makes you instantly take off, here’s how I’d describe this past year for Inlab Recordings.
